Terms of payment and delivery

Order payment options

You can pay for an order using a credit/debit card, PayPal or direct Bank transfer. Customers from some countries are issued a problems during payment process, please contact us and we help you to find another payment solutions.

Delivery

Orders may be delivered to the buyer by the shippings methods mentioned below:

  • Russian Post. Estimated delivery time is about 20-45 days depending of country.
    • Small package (the orders under 2 kg).
    • International parcel (the orders more then 2 kg)
  • EMS expedited mail. Estimated delivery time is about 14-24 days depending of country.
  • UPS Express. Estimated delivery time is about 3-15 days depending of country.
  • DHL Express. Estimated delivery time is about 3-15 days depending of country.

Delivery is carried out throughout the Worldwide excluding Russia and the countries of the Customs Union.

Seller sends your paid orders during 3 days after payment date.

Return policy

Return of goods by the buyer at the expense of the buyer. Refunds for such returns occur upon receipt of the goods by the seller. The buyer is solely responsible for receiving the parcel in the country of destination. In the case of return of the parcel marked "not claimed" the cost of re-shipment is paid by the buyer additionally.

In the event of a warranty situation, the buyer follows the instructions described on the page "Warranty" and sends the seller a warranty act with a request to replace the part or return its value.
